The Clip-Lok ReRack™ is a completely new concept in steel racks. A patented product that makes it easy to rebuild steel racks! A solution that revolutionizes packaging conditions for industries like automotive. In addition, it is a durable construction and is environmentally sustainable. The unique steel corner construction of the Clip-Lok ReRack™ means it is possible to rebuild and reuse it multiple times. All you need is a manual, a fixed key and a spanner. It could not be simpler. Another advantage is the easiness of maintenance and repair, which mainly occur on moving parts, hinges or dunnages. Now, it is easy to take off, repair/ replace and put it back again. You can solve more challenges using Clip-Lok ReRack™. Many people coat their steel racks with paint instead of hot-dip galvanizing, which is preferable. Making adjustments on zinc requires welding or grinding. With Clip-Lok ReRack™ you can easily galvanize. For example, if you want to keep the pallet part and modify the upper part, it can be galvanized separately and put together with the pallet through a unique bolt joint. It also has superior corrosion resistance. Another advantage is recycling. Hot-dip galvanized steel racks are preferred in the melt down process, whereas steel racks coated with pain just burn-off and so it cannot be recycled. However, we do provide surface treatment as per customer requirements.

It protects the products so that they do not damage, for example, scratched during transport. In order for you to feel confident and able to trust that Clip-Lok ReRack™ meets your high requirements, we can help you test it according to your requirement specification. We can arrange tests to check what Clip-Lok ReRack™ can withstand when it comes to weather, vibration, falls, pressure and more. The tests can be carried out internally or with third parties, according to your wishes.
SPECIFICATIONS
MATERIALS
We use high quality structural steel to manufacture steel parts for Clip-Lok ReRack™. It meets the high requirement standards in both North America and Europe. We can label it according to the customer’s wishes. Manufacturing of all all components are in-house or by approved suppliers, thus ensuring that Clip-Lok ReRack™ always meets the high standards of its quality manual. Because the pallet is made of steel, there is minimal risk of fibrous soiling. In addition, steel is a superior choice from an environmental production and recycling perspective, as steel is reusable and recyclable forever.
FLAT PACKED
The unique steel corner construction of the Clip-Lok ReRack™ allows it to be collapsed and stored flat. All components of the collapsed product fit in one unit. The compact format saves space. Thanks to the special design of the corners, it can be stacked, making it possible to return several Clip-Lok ReRack’s on the same pallet, thus reducing logistics costs. The collapsed Clip-Lok ReRack’s take up minimal warehouse space and thereby reduces overhead costs.
PALLETS
We manufacture both two-way and four-way entry pallets in steel, with or without forklift channels to satisfy your demands. This minimizes the risk of fibrous soiling if materials should loosen from runners and blocks.

TESTSING
Our plan is to have Clip-Lok ReRack™ tested and approved by internationally accredited packaging institutions. It will undergo a number of tests. The UN has approved some of our other products for the transportation of hazardous goods.
